Thank you for taking some time to read about us.  We are Derek and Ashley.  We live in the Ozarks, well more specifically Yellville, AR.  Yes we are both transplants ourselves, and, I, Derek, have been here about 8 years Ashley about 10. We met in the Ozarks, fell in love and are building our life together almost from scratch.  We got married at the Snow Full Gospel Church on 12DEC2020 by Pastor Brent Fisk (can't say enough about this true man of God). 

We both are lovers of life.  We have a lot of animals and have built three gardens here at the homestead.  Our dream is to be capable to feed three families through our own growing and with our animals.  With a dream like that we have a steep hill to climb.  We currently own ASHDER, LLC which began as a flooring and light construction company.  We have since started the process of opening a new company, OZARK NURSERY, which will sell all of our starts we do not use.  We are not a huge operation, that is a positive and a negative.  

Negative - We don't have the ability to mass produce thousands of potted plants.  We can't buy soil in bulk. We don't have a huge commercial greenhouse.

Positive - We have the ability to cater to specific needs of clients by growing the plants you want.  We have the ability to make our own soils that are geared toward our specific native climate and geology.  We have the ability to grow our plants without the use of harsh chemicals that will wind up poisoning  the soil leaving it unusable afterward. We have the ability to secure seeds that are heirloom and grow our stock from non GMO seeds.  We have the ability to take orders from individuals a season ahead of time and grow a customized lot at an affordable cost.
